Ordering Online

Before you place an order online, we are required by law to ensure that you understand how the ordering process works. So please note that:

  1. On the Order Form on the next screen, you may edit the contents of any field to correct errors, or if you change your mind, at any time until you click on the Submit Query button. If you need to make any change after that point, please contact us by email at sales@siam.co.uk with details of the change.
  2. Details of your order will be retained on the secure server until we retrieve them over a secure link. They will then be deleted from the server and held only in our normal order processing system, subject to the provisions of data protection legislation. Name and address details will never be released to a third party, except possibly in connection with credit card authorisation, or used for any purpose except order processing. We no longer send out mailings to customers.
  3. Credit and debit card transactions require the full card number and expiry date, and your name and the address to which your card statements are sent. For Switch/Maestro cards we also need the issue number, if any, or the valid from date. We now also need the security code, which you will find as the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.
  4. An acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you provide on the order form. If this address is missing or invalid, you will not receive an acknowledgement, and at our discretion your order may not be accepted.
  5. Once we have received your order, it will be processed in the same way as a mail order transaction.

Please note also that information on the order form must be in English; we regret that we cannot undertake to understand orders in any other language.
