Thank you for your order. It will be collected from the secure server by our Sales Department, normally within one working day.

If your order is placed when we are closed for staff holidays, it will be acknowledged when we re-open. Acknowledgements are sent by real people, not by the computer!

So long as the email address you have supplied is valid, you will receive an acknowledgement, in the form of a payment request from PayPal, when the order has been collected and checked. If you haven’t received such a payment request within 3 working days, and our News page does not show an expected delay, there was probably an error in your email address; please email us at sales@siam.co.uk to check.

On receiving the payment request, please click on the link to PayPal and make your payment. They will send us a confirmation when the payment has been made, and we can then complete the processing of the order. If the order is for delivery by email, the necessary files will be enclosed in a zip file attached to an email to the address you gave on the order.
