What is the Signalling Record Society?

The Signalling Record Society exists to maintain and share knowledge of Railway Signalling and Operation in the British Isles and Overseas.

The Society possesses much archive material and has expertise which can assist members in their study and research on these topics. It also publishes books, photographs and drawings which may be purchased by members and non-members. Details of these may be obtained by selecting the appropriate entry from the panel to the left.

SRS information

For information about membership, SRS events, publications, photographs, drawings or the SRS Archive, please select the appropriate entry in the panel on the left.

For any other information, please ask, by email to webmaster@s-r-s.org.uk, and we’ll try to answer promptly. That will help us to see what else should be on this site.

Other Signalling Sites

There are a number of other web sites containing information of signalling interest. We have compiled a list of specifically signalling links and more general historical UK railway links and would be pleased to add any further sites to this list. Please let us know of any you find by email to the webmaster.
